Shawn McDowell and Greg Dellinger have backgrounds in agriculture, industrial arts education, and engineering and a passion for conquering a challenge. They combined their talents to create The Grappler for a local seed dealer. After observing the level of enthusiasm it generated when the burden of flipping boxes by hand was removed, they decided that they should share their invention with seed box handlers across North America.
